Finally, the days are getting longer and the air is getting warmer, perfect time to get out the Weber q grill and do some grilling. Although I like to grill all year around, something about summer just makes me want to cook on my Weber Q320 grill. Must have something to do with the way it grills steak and burgers like nothing I have ever experienced before. The design of the grill allows it to get up to temp pretty quickly, and the cast iron grates really soak up the heat so when the steak goes on, it is seared to perfection.
If you know anything about grilling, you probably know that the first thing to do when grilling a steak is to sear both sides evenly. If you do not do that it is said that the juices will not get locked in and the meat will turn out dry. I have found this to be true which is why I always sear my steaks when cooking on my weber q grill.
While the q320 is the grill that I like the best, I also like to grill on my weber q220 grill when I go camping. Since there is not a whole lot of room in our camper, the q220 is perfect because it does not take up much room. It even has side tables that fold into the grill when you are not using it to save even more space. Cooking on this grill is a pure joy, especially when I am out in the middle of the woods camping and get hungry!
I have been using my weber q grills for a few years now and really enjoy them. Although they are not a high end grill, they are perfect for us guys and gals who like to cook awesome food whether we are at home or not.
